December - Back to the 1700'es
At the Swedish Kennel club's great final show in Stockholm, "Stora Stockholm", Blicci's Typhoon Tracy was representing the phalene breed in a very charming way together with her owner Maria Thorén. The phalene participation in the breed parade was arranged by the Swedish Phalenesälskapet.

- Eventually a new papillon litter! Nina Ricci has given us 3 lovely puppies again.

- We are pleased to present *Star* - USACH Blicci's Sandra Dee AX MXJ NJC NGC AD CGC - 's first litter of puppies with her owner Andrea Samuels in New York. Two boys and a girl. The father is USACH En-La's Bravissimo. It is Andrea's first litter too and her kennel name will be *Starstruck*! We wish these three small stars a great future too.
30 November - New USA champion !!!
Our third export to USA has today become our third American champion: Blicci's Upside Down U Turn Me, owned and shown by Christine Robichaud, at the tender age of just 9 month. Well done and our sincere congrats, Chris! Tip finished with 4 majors in succession. What an accomplishment!

Fancy is Danish Breed Winner - NORV00 DKCH KBHV02 KLBCH Blicci's Rainbow Wonder can now add one more title to her name: DKKV02, Most winning phalene at the Danish Kennel Club's international shows of the year.

12 October - Fancy did it again
At the Specialty Show today NORV00 DKCH KBHV02 Blicci's Rainbow Wonder took her 3rd BOB in succession, and moreover got the title KLBCH, Danish Club Champion. The judge was breed specialist Ms. Helle Viitkar from Estonia.

Blicci's U Are My Universe
The three papillon litter mates, Blicci's Upside Down U Turn Me (Tip), owned by Christine Robichaud, Blicci's U Are My Sunshine (Sunny) owned by Karen MacPhee and Blicci's U Are My Universe (Chip), owned by Tanja Nielsen, have all made smashing show debuts, just 7 months old.Tip went Winners Dog with a 3 point major at the Lewiston-Auburn K.C. show last Saturday, Sunny got a Best of Breed at her first show in Canada a couple of weeks ago, and Uni went Best Puppy in breed at the Copenhagen Winner dog show. Here in Denmark the puppy class is unofficial until 9 months of age.
USACH Blicci’s Sandra Dee - *Star* - has got her Excellent Agility and Master Agility Jumper titles so now her agility titles read: Ch Blicci's Sandra Dee AX MXJ NJC NGC AD CGC. Congratulations to her owner Andrea Samuels!
Our super phalene female, NORV00 DKCH Blicci's Rainbow Wonder can now add the title KBHV02 (Copenhagen Winner 2002) to her name, and furthermore she went Best of Breed for the highly estimated Finnish judge Mr. Rainer Vuorinen.
31 August - Show success also in Sweden
At an international show in Sandviken, Blicci's Typhoon Tracy got her first CAC and CACIB and went BOS. The breed was judged by Wera Hübenthal, Norway. Congratulations to her owner Marita Thorén from Stockholm.
18 August - New Danish Champion and Best of Breed
At the Danish Kennel Club's international show in Hillerød, our two phalene girls did it again. Best phalene female and this time also Best of Breed was DKCH NORV00 Blicci's Rainbow Wonder (Fancy), and 2nd best female in breed with CAC was Crown's Best Inga of Nikolas & Kira. It was her 3rd CAC and Nynne is now Danish champion. What a day. The breed was judged by Erwin Deutcsher, Austria.
This show was the official Danish Crufts qualification show. Fancy qualified as best female, and we had the pleasure to see also Blicci's T-Rex qualifying as best young dog, papillon, perfectly shown by his owner Randi Kristensen. Well done!

We had the great pleasure to see our two entered phalene girls make a double win at this show.
DKCH NORV00 Blicci's Rainbow Wonder got Best Phalene Female No. 1 and BOS and Crown's Best Inga of Nikolas & Kira got Best Phalene Female No. 2 with CAC, her second. The judge was breed specialist Mrs. Carolyn Roe, Sunshoo Kennel, from England. Thanks also to Mia Aagaard for handling assistance and to Peter Sjong for photography.
23 June - A new star is born: Blicci's Topaze At a show in Mont de Marsan in France, Blicci's Topaze got placed best young dog in breed, best young dog of group 9, and finally 2nd best young dog in show. Congratulations to her happy owners, Maïté and Alain Etchard!

15 June - Bridge Winner Show, Copenhagen
At the Danish Kennel Club International show today DKCH DCHKLB DCHVDH KLBCH SCH Blicci's Nougat Wonder was Best of Breed and furthermore got the title "Bridge Winner 2002". Congratulations to his happy owners, Inge & Bendt, and to handler Mia. Well done!
This was Nougat's Best of Breed No. 17 in Denmark. He has also been BOB 5 times in Germany. 22 BOB's - What a record!
25 May - Great day
At the Papillon Club's specialty show in Karlslunde we had a splendid day:
- Blicci's Riverdance got this third CAC (and went 2nd best male, papillon) and is now Danish champion
- DKCH DCH VDHCH KLBCH SCH Blicci's Nougat Wonder went BOB phalene
- Crown's Best Inga of Nikolas & Kira got her first CAC and went BOS phalene.

10 May - The Bakken show
Our new phalene female Crown's Best Inga of Nikolas & Kira represented the phalene variety very nicely by getting 3rd in Group at the Bakken show after having been Best of Breed, phalene. Blicci's T-Rex was Best of Breed, papillon. Thanks to breed judge Mrs. Kitty Sjong and group judge Mr. Gunnar Nyman. This is a very special show, held in the center of the amusement park Dyrehavsbakken near Copenhagen. Lots of people attending and a very nice atmosphere. You can see the show rings from the rollercoaster or have a nice lunch at the restaurant next to the finals ring.
19 April - Star 2 x Best of Breed
- USACH Blicci’s Sandra Dee OA, AXJ, NAC, NGC, AD did very well at two shows last weekend. Best of Breed both Saturday and Sunday, at Providence Kennel club (under Phillip Lanard) and Rhode Island Kennel club (under Keke Khan) respectively. Congratuations, Andrea and Star!

- NORV00 Blicci's Rainbow Wonder (Fancy) is a new Danish champion after getting her third CAC last Saturday under Canadian judge Mr. Robert Whitney, and also became BOS. Fancy's page is updated with a new photo and more will come soon.

New phalene female at Blicci's
Welcome, "Nynne"We are happy to announce a new addition to our phalene breeding programme. We have had the good fortune to acquire a gorgeous little female, Crown's Best Inga of Nikolas & Kira. Nynne is a happy and very well balanced girl who gets along perfectly with the rest of the gang. Thank you, Elly Nybo for letting us have Nynne.

Have just got the thrilling news - USACH Blicci’s Sandra Dee OA, AXJ, NAC, NGC, AD went Best of Opposite Sex at the Westminster show at Madison Square Garden Center in New York! Congratulations, Andrea, we know this was more than you even dared to dream of, but you are doing a magnificent job with Star and you deserve this great win!
Giant congrats of course also to the Best of Breed dog: USACH Cadaga Civil Action, his breeder John Oulton and owners Linda Sohn & Kyoko Ozeki.

14 January - New design
Our pages have got a minor brush up, but there are no functional changes. Still the same easy navigation and clear pages with ample space for the main thing: photos and info about our wonderful dogs.
6 January - New Swedish champion!
DKCH DCH VDHCH KLBCH Blicci's Nougat Wonder now also holds the title SCH, Swedish champion, after getting the CAC at the international show in Gothenburg today. The judge was Mr. Kenneth Edh. Congratulations to his owners Inge and Bendt Christensen!
Star at Westminster 2002
The 126th Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show is held at Madison Square Garden Center in New York on Monday and Tuesday February 11th and 12th, 2002. The top 5 dogs of each breed are invited, and in addition to these only a limited number of entries are accepted. We are pleased to announce that USACH Blicci’s Sandra Dee OA, AXJ, NAC, NGC, AD is entered in this show. Good luck, Andrea and Star! Read more about the show here. In 1999 the BIS winner was a papillon, USACH Loteki Supernatural Being. This fact made the breed even more popular than before in the USA.
