Chase at the 2007 AKC Agility
Invitational Watch this stunning video featuring Andrea Samuels and Chase in their impressive elegant style in California! Chase is MACH2 StarStruck's Chase The Moon, sired by Ch En-la's Bravissimo out of MACH2 Ch Blicci's Sandra Dee. Chase had 3 beautiful runs, 2 of them earning 4th placements out of over 80 teams as well as in 12 inch. Chase's litter brother Astro was also attending with his owner Laura Simonelli and got a 2nd place out of 98 dogs in rounds 1-4 cumulatively combined. A new phalene fancier on the sceneElisa Kamens, Le Bijou Papillons in Columbia, Maryland, is happy to announce that she is now also a phalene fancier. Blicci's Energetic, aka Jet, has moved in with Elisa and Warren and we know he has a wonderful home with them. Jet is sired by Ch Blicci's Blue Bayou and is out of Ch Crown Best Inga Of Nikolas & Kira.

November 24, Denmark: Pondus goes Best Puppy at his first showPondus had his show debut at the Danish Papillon Club's last show of the year, held in Aalborg in the North of Denmark. The judge was Mrs. Annuka Paloheimo from Finland and she made Pondus Best Puppy with "Most Promising" and a very nice critique. Thank you!

October, Denmark: New import from GermanyWe are pleased to announce our new import from Ponda's kennel in Germany: Ponda's Uncle Unicum aka "Pondus", a classic tricolour, 6 months old on November 1.
Pondus is sired by the famous top producer MultiCH Ringlands Disco Dan and his mother is CH Hundebuden's JarJar Pondas Ding.
Thank you Dagmar Klein for this beautiful, charming and sweet natured boy! Pondus has stepped right into our hearts and gets along so fine with everybody here.
October 7, Poland: New champion!Inkies Fantasy Journey, another successful papillon of the combination MultiCH Blicci’s U Are My Universe - DKCH Inkies Yes She's Tomorrows Hope, has finished his Polish championship for his owner Aleksandra Otkińska-Iwicka. Our sincerely congratulations to Aleksandra and his breeder Kitty Sjong.

September 16, Denmark: Lina takes her 2nd CAC
Our elegant Swedish girl, Lamonia's Evelina took her 2nd CAC and went Best female No. 3 in breed at the international Danish Kennel Club show in Brøndby, judged by Joyce O'Connor from Ireland. 41 papillons and 24 phalenes were entered.
September 1: Canadian National Specialty BISS
At the Canadian National Specialty in Halifax, BIS BISS Am/Can Ch. Diamondsun's Tommy Boy, son of Can/Am Ch Maleko Rykor von Tiamo and Can Ch Blicci's U Are My Sunshine, went Best in Specialty Show and Best Stud Dog. Big congratulations to his owner and breeder Karen J. MacPhee! And thanks to judge Carolyn Roe for putting up another Blicci 2nd generation (littermate) offspring - we are very pleased and proud.

August: More great wins from Norway
August 26 in Bærum: Blicci's Diamonds R Forever took her first CAC and went best phalene female and BOS under Italian judge Mr. Giulliano Biasiolo. Congratulations to her owners Anne-Lise Helleren & Vidar Skjerahaug.
Canis Danics Ale Frøkne 'A Bayou, phalene puppy sired by EUUV05 DKCH SECH Blicci's Blue Bayou out of MultiCh Thygesminde's Julia, went best puppy and best male puppy respectively at the weekend's shows. Congratulations to his owners Bente og Jonny Sørli and breeder Annelise Pedersen.

August 11, Norway: Chip's son is BOB under Carolyn Roe
Inkies Going To Be A Troublemaker (MultiCH Blicci’s U Are My Universe - DKCH Inkies Yes She's Tomorrows Hope) took his 3rd CAC and went best male and BOB over champions at just 14 months old at the prestigious Bjerke international show in Oslo (39 papillons entered) under breeder judge Mrs. Carolyn Roe, Sunshoo Papillons, England. Our sincere congratulations to his owner Margrethe Lundegaard and his breeder Kitty Sjong. BOS was Ch Chakmani's Miss Madonna. Looks like a wet day up there!
July 21, Denmark: Petra is BOB and BISS
DKCH Menine's High Fidelity (Petra) went Best of Breed and Best in Specialty Show in Mosede at the Danish Papillon Club’s specialty show, judged by Arne Foss from Norway. Petra's daughter Blicci's Dazzling Gold (Vipse) took the same win in Køge one month ago, so the BISS tradition stays in the family! (Vipse's father Chip is also a BISS winner) Petra is pictured with BOS papillon Toymaker's Always On My Mind and BOB phalene Liko Adorable Annie, who went BISS-2, respectively. Congratulations! Also big congratulations to Petra's breeder Petra Lindlöf from Sweden who had best breeder's group and best progeny group.
July 13 & 14, Sweden: Chip's son takes back-to-back CAC's
Chip's young and very promising son in Sweden, Cqabeym'z Christian Olsson, has been highly successful at his first shows for his breeder and owner, Marita Lindfors, Cqabeym'z Papillons & Phalenes. At the two Tvååker summer shows, one national on Friday and one international on Saturday, Christian took his first two CAC's in very keen competition under the Finnish judges Mr. Juha Kares and Mr. Johan Juslin respectively. He also went 4th and 2nd best male respectively over many champions. Well done and congratulations! We took a small video clip of Christian, giving a hint of his elegant style and great potential.
June 30, Denmark: Bertil goes BOB and Lina takes her first CAC
Photo: Marita LindforsBertil is being scarcely shown this year, but we took him to the shows on the beautiful island of Bornholm and he took his 15th Best of Breed Phalene on Saturday. BOS and best female was Ch Johtina's Sunrise of June, bred by Anita Jonsson and owned by Annelise Pedersen from Sweden. Congratulations! Lamonia's Evelina took her first CAC and went best bitch No. 3 of the papillons. Thank you to judge Mrs. Edwina Thomas from South Africa.
June 16, Denmark: Vipse goes BISS
Blicci’s Dazzling Gold aka ”Vipse”, 15 months, out of DKCH SECH FINCH NORDCH INTCH KLBCH DKKV06 Blicci’s U Are My Universe and DKCH Menine’s High Fidelity, took a major win at the Danish Papillon Club’s specialty show on June 16 in Koege near Copenhagen.
Best young bitch, Best bitch, CAC, Best of Breed over some of the world’s absolute top papillons and finally Best in Specialty Show (papillons - phalenes). Thank you so much to the judge Mrs. Ana Beatriz Knoll from Brazil who stated that this little papillon female was ”very special to her”. Vipse's page is updated with news photos.
May, USA: Blicci grandchild is an Agility AKC/USA World Team member!
MACH2 StarStruck Chase the Moon, *Chase*, bred, owned and handled by Andrea Samuels, New York, did it again. This is the second time he has been selected to represent the AKC/USA World Team for the Mini Division. His half sister StarStruck Sparkle Plenty, *Sparkle* shined just as much at the tryouts, but ultimately it was Chase's experience that won out. Both are offspring of CH MACH 2 Blicci's Sandra Dee,*Star*. Photo showing Andrea with Sparkle and Chase, together with Melanie Del Villaggio and "Dara" who will also be a team member. The world championships will be held in Hamar, Norway on September 28-30, 2007.
April 13, USA: Jane judges the Phalene Match
BOB and BOS Best Puppy At the Papillon Club of America's National Specialty in San Antonio, Texas, a phalene match, "Moth Ball" was held on Friday afternoon. Jane had the great honour of being invited to judge. The match had an entry of 30 phalenes including 6 champions who were only presented, not competing. People said this was the largest number of phalenes ever gathered at a show in the US! BOB was an absolutely stunning male, Kvar Redwood Moon, owned by Janis McLaren & Pearl George and BOS was a very pretty female, Crown's French Perfection, owned by Janis McLaren, Karen Mountain and Alan Barbee. Best Puppy was Wildways Crown Reflection Of Royalty, owned by Dorothy Hagemann & Karen Mountain & Barbara Gossett. Congratulations to all winners!
April 12, USA: Blicci "grandchild" wins a sensational Best in Sweepstakes
At the Papillon Club of America's National Specialty in San Antonio, Texas, the Best in Sweepstakes winner was Le Bijou White Diamond aka Bianca, whose parents are Ch Le Bijou Crown Royal - Blicci's Belle De Jour. Bianca is 8 months old and defeated 112 puppies and juniors in the sweepstakes. Congratulations to her breeder and owner, Elisa Kamens and thanks to judge Danny Ford.

April 8, Denmark: Marie is Danish champion
At 20 months old, our phalene girl Blicci's Color My Dreams finished her Danish champion title at the National show in Ribe under judge Mr. Alex Krasilnikoff from Denmark. It was only her 10th show so this is well done.
March 31, Norway: Diamond goes Best Puppy again
At her second time out, the Norsk Miniatyrhundklubb Rogaland region show, Blicci's Diamonds R Forever went Best Puppy in Breed again for her owners Anne-Lise Helleren & Vidar Skjerahaug. The judge was Mr. Geir Nordahl Pedersen from Norway. Diamond also made the cut in the Best in Show Puppy final. Way to go, Anne-Lise and Vidar!
March 24, Denmark: Petra is Danish champion
Our little "Petra" finished her championship today at the Papillon and Phalene Club's show in Nr Broby. She also went best female and BOS. Petra is bred by Petra Lindlöf in Sweden. In the phalenes, Bertil went best male and BOB, and got his 4th Club CAC for his Club championship. The judge was Mr. Gunnar Nymann from Denmark. A smashing showday! Congratulations to all the other winners too.

March 23, Denmark: "Lins" is 15 years old today...
Our little old lady, "Lins", Pepstar's Call Girl, celebrates her 15th birthday today, doing great and enjoying life. Lins, who was bred by Aud Dahl, is behind many of our papillons and phalenes today. Among others she is the mother of Ch Blicci's Little Wonder, Blicci's Oui C'est Ca and Blicci's Roselil, grandmother to Ch Blicci's Rainbow Wonder and Ch Blicci's Riverdance, and great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother to many more... e.g. she is the great-grandmother of Ch WW03 Blicci's Tiny Trixie and Ch Blicci's Blue Bayou.
February 10, Norway: Diamond has her show debut
5½ months old Blicci's Diamonds R Forever had her show debut at the Ølen Etne og Vindafjorhundeklubb for her owners Anne-Lise Helleren & Vidar Skjerahaug, The judge Ms. Kirsti Lummelampi gave her a very nice critique and Diamond went Best Puppy in Breed. Congratulations!
January 27, Danmark: Petra is back!
After two litters of puppies, our Menines High Fidelity aka Petra, is back in the show ring. She just needs one CAC to finish her Danish championship, and she was very close at this weekend's show in Herlufmagle held by the Papillon-Klubben. Petra won the open class and went second best female in breed after her full sister Menine's Rush Hour, who finished her Danish championship. Third best female, NOCH DKCH Menine's One In A Million, is of the same combination (MultiCh Pepejas Master Of Magic - Menine's Basic Instinct). Our sincere congratulations to the breeder, Petra Lindlöf from Sweden!
